Ok everyone, we have been given 15 vehicle passes and 10 additional tickets for those who wish to show up later on but cannot get their vehicle in. The additional tickets will be handed out at the monthly meeting to those members who have requested them and the vehicle passes will be handed out the morning of the 19th.
We will meet at the McDonalds across from the fair (3310 Al Lipscomb Way, Dallas, TX 75210) at 7:30 and depart sharply at 8:00 AM to get lined up by Gate 8. We must be staged at Gate 8 by 8:30 am and will then be led into the Classic Car Corral. No vehicles will be allowed in after 9am!
As far as leaving, all vehicles must be ready to leave at 5:30 pm and will be escorted out at 5:45 pm. All vehicles must be out of the Car Corral at 6:00 pm as there is a parade that begins at 6:15.

Clean up (or muddy them up!) your Land Rover, pack your folding chairs and come show off your favorite vehicle at the State Fair of Texas this fall!
This is a great event and allows members free entrance into the fair with their vehicle, all passengers, and your stuff! Please post up if you can attend so we can have a general idea of the number of vehicles to expect. Depending on the exact number of vehicle passes we are granted, passes will be reserved for those who post in the forum that they are attending.
