NTB Chili Cook-Off

This year’s rescheduled NTB’S sponsored Chili Cook-off will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023 from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM at North Texas British.

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, if you are planning on participating please reply on the website.

Here are the simple rules:

1) Your Chili must be made from scratch and prepared at NTB.
2) No can or store bought chili please.
3) Cooking is only open to paid members.

Plan to have 3 servings ready for the judges at 4:00 p.m. Chili will be judged on 5 criteria: Aroma, Texture, Appearance, Taste and Aftertaste/Bite. All chilis must be served to the judges in a club provided bowl promptly at 3:45 p.m.

The rescheduled NTB Chili Cook-Off is tomorrow. Planning to participate? bring a table and your camp stove as chili must be prepared onsite. For the rest of you bring a chair and a drink of your choice.
